Location , although not with ocean view but quieter than central part of Ocean Drive . At the edge of Art Deco quarter , a few steps to the beach.Friendly staff ;modest continental breakfast included
Everything is quite old , dark oak furniture . Nevertheless for a short stay not too bad
I liked the valet parking and parking personell. I liked having breakfast at the hotel, though it was just ok. I was glad the room was clean and had a decent whower and sundries.
We did not like the furniture. There was only a hard chair to sit on.
Clean convenient to beach..liked having breakfast at hotel...hotel clerk ANdy was very nice..good location
Staff was not very knowledgable about the area. They sent us to the wrong address for the Municipal Parking Lot. They could not recommend a restaurant for breakfast.
Liked the location the staff and the breakfast
The room was very basic with the sink in the bedroom and separate shower room/toilet. The room was a good size had two queen beds wonder if other rooms are better decorated.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding service. They accommodated several requests which most hotels would not, such as allowing members of our party to check in at 9am with no extra charge.
The rooms are not very soundproof, but this is normal because the hotel is small and of older construction.
They were pretty easy going. Our first room had a very musty smell, so they moved us. We needed a ride to the airport ASAP, and they had a van there in 3 minutes. They had $25 valet parking which was super convenient. It have a pretty good location: beach is across the street, lots of restaurants and clubs nearby, Walgreens and coffee and bakery around the corner. There's a bar and pizza counter downstairs with friendly staff and respectable prices.
I thought the rooms were pretty pricey for what they were - simple if not just plain run-down a bit. Our second room - a room with a king - seemed a lot more spacious and had a traditional bathroom. The queen rooms have the sink and vanity on the outside of the bathroom.
Location, Location, Location
Room had an age to it. The room was not set up for maximum use ie; closet, drawers, security cabinet, hangers, tv, etc. was situated at an angle from the bed. Large open space between bed (king size) and window wall. A/c (window wall) was very loud, but effective. Felt as though someone remodeled and just updated without thinking how the room should be laid out.
